FEM Event October 1, 2019 "Pension and Global Mobility"
The main topic of this event is “Pension and Global Mobility”. In addition, as the Brexit is now fast approaching, the topic ‘Brexit with a focus on the immigration issues’ is on the agenda of this FEM event as well.
Organizations are growing rapidly and globally. More and more employees are coming to work in countries other than their country of origin. They might accrue pension in various countries or did not accrue enough pension. What would you as an employer need to know about international pension issues for your international hires? Do you have policies and processes in place? Is sufficient resource and knowledge available to manage your risks?
