Recently the Dutch Senate (‘Eerste Kamer’) voted in favour of the Tax Plan 2025 including the adjustments on the proposed changes of the 30%-Rule. This newsflash contains an overview of the changes of the 30%-Rule that are approved by the Dutch Senate.
