More and more HR leaders and business line managers seek input from Global Mobility (GM) Professionals directly and earlier in the process. This megatrend has a strong impact on how GM works. 3. The influence of Expatriate psychological contract breach on performance and satisfaction
A 2015 research into the relationship between perceived psychological contract breach, satisfaction and self-rated performance. A wakeup call for multinational organisations not to undervalue the importance of assignment specific support, individual development, career support, repatriation planning and training.

4. Update Frequent business travel and short term assignment
Trends and insights specifically geared towards frequent business travelers and short term assignees. How to track worker movement and make sure their cross-border trips and activities are compliant with a growing number of rules and regulations that span numerous legal and tax areas. How to cope with governments becoming more motivated to enforce these rules and regulations and increasingly adept at catching transgressions.

5. Update 2016 Compliance requirements
