Payroll services

We provide payroll services for both local employees and expat employees or international mobility employees. Some expat employees are enjoying the 30%-Rule, remain socially insured in their home country. In addition, their home country remuneration elements must be taken into account in the NL payroll in accordance with NL tax legislation. These payroll services for local and expat employees can be amongst other items:

  • Setting up payroll administration (company and employees) in our online payroll system
  • Registering company for wage tax and social security purposes with NL tax authorities
  • Preparing and filing monthly wage tax returns with the NL tax authorities and informing on payments due
  • Preparing salary slips based on net or gross salary, bonus and other compensation items in cash or in kind (like company car, ‘free housing’)
  • Implementing 30%-Rule in payroll
  • Registering and deregistering employees with pension fund
  • Identify and set up of suitable additional insurances
  • Act as back office for non-resident employer, execute payments, process insurances for Netherlands staff in the payroll
  • Applying for wage tax subsidies if applicable
  • Advising on sector classification for social security purposes and/or collective labour agreements
  • Representing employers in discussions with tax and social security authorities
  • Advising on the above mentioned items including optimizing tax position and minimize tax risks based on data provided
